The Public service in Germany (Öffentlicher Dienst) is run by 4.6 million employees as of 2011.[13] Public servants are distinguished into three groups of occupational statuses:-
----> Arbeiter ("blue-collar workers"),
----> Angestellte ("salaried employees")
----> Beamte ("servants").
All three groups are employed by communes, states, federal government and many more. While Arbeiter and Angestelle work with individual contracts, Beamte are appointed, employed and removed by law.

MCA Stands for Master of Computer Application and the duration of course is 3 years and the course is divided into Six Semesters .
Eligibility Criteria for MCA :-
You must have qualified bachelor's degree with any desire subject of a recognized University or equivalent qualification and you must score at least 60% aggregate marks in your examination . 5% relaxation is given to the reserved categories . There is no backlogs at the time of appearing for this examination . Those who are appearing in the final year of degree course may also eligible to apply for MCA examination .
To join MCA examination then you must have a compulsory studied the Mathematics as subjects in 12th examination . If you are not studied then you are not eligible to apply for MCA entrance examination . But without mathematics , you can get admission in Private Colleges pay through the donation or Merit Basis . If you not have mathematics , then you are not allowed to apply for MCA entrance exams .
