I would suggest you to appear for IIT-JEE and AIEEE. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective. However, these entrance examinations are a bit tough. Further education in IIT/AIEEE is cheaper with more assured placements.
Besides this, I would also suggest you to appear for individual state examinations (OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and COMEDK in Karnataka, etc.). These exams also guarantee you good colleges and serve as a backup. The more the entrance examinations you appear for, the more the options you will have for choosin

In NATA 2017, mathematics will be for 60 marks, general aptitude will be for 60 marks and drawing will be for 80 marks and a minimum of 80/ 200 makes you qualified to take B.Arch course.
Any person with class 12th or equivalent examination and above can appear for NATA. However, only candidates who have qualified an aptitude test in architecture and have secured 50% marks in class 12th or equivalent examination with mathematics as one of the subjects, shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.

Your budget is too low for foreign studies. Check if you can get education loan or study in India. You can check Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong, Germany, Poland, etc.
