In my opinion, if you pass CCNA you have a good chance of becoming a field technician, say you have a good score in engineering degree and have none of these certifications, you can still end up as a programmer in good companies. These certifications are good to have, CCIE being one of the toughest and ranks higher in this ladder will even make you a designer for major networks that are the backbone of the internet. It is not necessary to acquire these certifications if you want to be a programmer (it is good to have them though). If you want to design a network, troubleshoot network, act as a consultant in a networking company, it is must to have these.

There is a distinct difference between a degree and employability. Degrees are the base, it is something you build upon throughout your career. It is not just to clear the criteria but so that you can have your fundamentals in check.So, there shouldn't be any conflict as to whether a certification can supercede or substitute a formal degree or graduation. CCNA or Cisco Certified Network Associate is a base level certification to get into the world of networking. But, if one tries to find a job with this certification alone, it is going to always be a futile search.
I don't know of any company which would employ a 10+2 with a base certification. More than that, the candidate himself/herself won't be able to adjust to the technical terms and understand the course without any basic technical knowhow. Therefore, a graduation is a must. This certification can be used to add to that and get a more stable job focusing on the long run.

Both are best choice, and CCNA & RedHat are equal, but remember Cisco is Networking and RedHat is Linux , Cisco is a closed source and RedHat is open course, that's why Cisco has very good and much better revenue. If you did both or any one certification, you will be definitely getting a better job.
If you are interested in server side networking, then you can go for RedHAT. It is the best suitable course.
If you are interested in core networking, then you can go for CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, and CCIE.
RedHat course has an edge over CCNA, as it has links to Linux, which is widely in use in an IT-Industry, and there is need of such specialized professionals. Linux is very vast and it is growing more rapidly than network. It doesn't mean just after getting certified, you'll get huge salary and designation. You are already enrolled in a Computer Science program, so simply stick to it. Don't overspecialize just yet, but certainly take classes you find interesting. You should also check out your college's library. I learned a lot by simply visiting the QA.76 Computer Science section and checking out interesting books. There are certain things that you have to do for 'operating systems'. For eg, Interacting with software entities outside of your control, Implementing and improvising on data structures, Concurrency and race conditions, Resource allocation and management, Building and layering software abstractions,
Reliability even in the face of partial failures, Understanding hardware limits, and how they affect your programs. This are some basic job prospects for this designation.

The scope of CCNA R&S Course in India is dependent upon the track of CCNA Cert you choose. The scope of CCNA certification is quite more than that of CCNA R&S as the security of data is the most important concern for every organization. However, there is not much scope for other CCNA tracks such as Wireless, Cloud etc. in India. However, even if you want to prepare for any Cisco certification like CCNA Security or CCNP or CCNP Security, you will anyhow have to prepare for CCNA first. So CCNA is pre-requisite for all other Cisco courses.
Well coming up to developers, it depends, what kind of Project is the Developer working on, or what he/she aspires for the Future. Having an additional qualification never hurts, only helps at times.
AFAIK, Software Engineers are recruited in major IT MNCs based on their Analytical Ability, Problem-Solving Tactics, knowledge of various Programming Tools & Technologies, Platforms, Debugging etc. skills. I'm not sure where CCNA would fit in.
Besides, CCNA is more into basic Networking the way Cisco delivers it via their own devices. As a Software Engineer if you are trying to get a hang of core Networking, I'd say stick to Andrew Tannenbaum, or Douglas Comer, W. Richard Stevens, etc. kind of great folks.

Assembly Language is most important, but rudimentary basic language was developed to programme microprocessors. It made it's presence felt long back in 1949. Though, newer versions have been released, it remains widely used even today and as a result, opportunities for employment for trained professionals is never ending one.It is actually not one, but collection of different languages and one must study all of these to have high probability to get a job. There is another aspect also that we should look into. What would be prospects in future? Of course, nobody can say anything with certainty. But, one can surely make educated guess. Over a period of next 5 or 10 years, it is seen that potential for employment is going to remain same or enhanced scale. To conclude, I would say that job prospects in India for Assembly Language is going to remain on high level at least for foreseeable future.
