Yes, GATE is compulsory for MTech course at KJ Somaiya Institute of Engineering and Information Technology. As per the admission guidelines, admission to the M.Tech course is subject to a valid score in the GATE exam. Candidates must secure a non zero positive score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology.
