Frankly speaking friend, you can't get into a reputed institute with this CAT percentile. But don't be disappointed, there are various institutes which conduct their own entrance, you can sit in the entrance of these institutes. Some these institutes/universities are Symbiosis, ICFAI etc. If you are more inclined towards pursuing MBA in core subjects, you can consider UPES. It also conduct its own entrance test. The university is best for the study of core programs and has made its mark in educational sector with its unique courses, well experienced faculty and good placements.

After these regulations, YCMOU / other Open Universities (except) have stopped registration into Ph.D. As per the latest clarifications from the UGC in this regard, Ph.D of YCMOU is equivalent if the same is taken under the (Main) supervision of a YCMOU faculty.
