They do not have weightage for wor-ex and acads explicitly. division of weightage is 70 percent to entrance test and 10 percent to each of the other 3 i.e GD, PI and extempore. fees is something around 21000 for two years.

Can you explain your problem more clearly? From what I gather, you do not want to take up a course, but want an on the job training? If you have very good sketching skills and imagination you may be able to find a studio that supports you. However, that path may be tough since the studio would train you only on skills they require.
