Hi Bathushan
I am a student at the Delhi Business School and Pursuing a degree in Finance and Marketing. What i am experiencing is a very industry related course curriculum beacuse of which i have got great summer placement with HSBC global.
You could also have chosen with your interest in Retail Management a dual course in Marketing which would have made it simpler for you to switch. On top of it at colleges like the Delhi Business School you do courses in Entrepreneurship and Business which would have really supported your case in switching the sector.

My dear Farhan If u got an opportunity for doing Job plz don't kick it. Plz accept the JOB first. MBA can be done later as well. Get 3-4 years of work experience then u will realize on which line MBA will be fruitful for u.
Before selecting MBA plz ask some questions to urself.
1. If Not MBA then What Else?
2. MBA at What Cost?
3. What Job After MBA?
4. Are u financial sound or taking loan from bank?
