Hi Gunjan,
The cut-off for the batch of 2014-16 was 99.92 percentile so expect something close to that score for this academic year as well. You do not have to apply separately to the Institute. The admissions will take place via DTE who haven't released their application forms yet (Tentatively, you may expect them to be out by the last week of January).
