There are still colleges which take up admission on the basis of their marks secured in graduation or +2 level. But the best colleges in india like NALSAR and NLSIU hav entrance exams.
Further do become a Judge , You need to have a LLB or LLM with more than 10 yrs of practice as a lawyer. Only then you can be considered for the post!

I do not know about different IIMs but IIMA and IIMB do not have different cutoffs for different divisions. There is a cutoff for the entire program, i.e., there is a minimum cutoff to get into the program as a whole.
