Since, you had Diploma in Painting that means you had a well developed Drawing, arts and painting oncept. Then I will suggest you for followings:-
Character designer:- character designer is the one who designs or character. The professionals need to have a clear understanding of the artistic as well as technical considerations for practical animation. A character animator works on paper, screen and even sculpts real object.
Concept artist:- concept artist is the one who make pictorial representations or visuals using natural media or digital drawings. Their main focus is to visualize the directors vision .
Motion graphic artist : a motion graphics artists role to create things like titles for movies using a combination of text, image and computer generated content.
Compositor:- a compositors role involves assembling all the components forming backgrounds, object live action footage in layers and then manipulation of those layers to create the best visually impressive output.
Remuneration in any of these fields will be in the rang of RS. 8, 000 to RS 15,000 for beginners and can go up to RS 50, 000 per month depending upon experience. Sky in the limit if one is an entrepreneur.

Well there are many ways by which you can come on the Camera such as acting in films, T.V shows, AD's, Anchoring, Modeling etc. So, I would request you mention your field of interest. But as you are very much interested in coming on the camera, I would suggest you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various AD houses and studios so that they can go through your portfolio and give you a call.
Few qualities that a good actor / anchor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.

Hi Supriya, the avg cost of doing a masters degree in US is 18 - 20 lacs per annum. Getting scholarships is totally based on the profile of a student ie. GRE score, TOEFL, academic percentage, SOP and LORs but there is no guarantee of a scholarship. If you want to go for MS in computer science and IT and that too do not want to burden your family as well, then u can go for germany as the education is almost FREE there. A student is able to complete his masters degree in just 10 lacs for 2 yrs. Also, you can work there for 20 hrs per week part time and 90 full days in a year and this easily covers your expenses.
