Frankly speaking how much MBA E-Business can help you in getting into software testing field is really doubtful as software testing is completely a technical field advisable would be that if you want to get into software testing and not very sure about your skills as you said that you are out of touch with electronics, you should do some short term course in Electronics just to refresh your knowledge and after that start applying for jobs as a software tester.
MBA as a degree however, should help you in getting placed but particularly about software testing you would need to have sound technical knowledge.
