As you have pursued B.com, it would be not possible for you to pursue Masters in computers from US.
To pursue masters form universities in US, you need to have:
16 (10+2+4) years of education, with good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
As you have completed B.com,it would be advisable for you pursue masters in same or related fields form UK, as universities in UK accepts 15 years of education for admission in their masters program.

To be eligible, candidate must be graduate with a minimum work experience of 3 years. However, it must be remembered that the work profile, status in the work place are closely considered while considering an applicant for an EMBA. In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.

Well one should preferably opt for MBA from recognized and approved institute. Apart from AICTE, you may also consider UGC, NBA, NAAC.
Apart from Recognition, Faculty, Course Material, Quality Education, Fees, Infrastructure and most important Placements, all these are the factors that define a good and reputed college.
I agree accreditation plays a vital role but its not true that non-recognized institutes are bad. There are many educational hubs that offer good placements and facilities even if not AICTE approved.
I believe that major concern is always with the placements, for the same, I would say that whichever college you may opt for, apart from the assistance from the placement team you need to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.

Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry as well.
