Both the courses you mentioned i.e. hotel management and BBA, are good course to pursue, and offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
If you are interested in making a career in hospitality industry, then you can go ahead with hotel management, where as if you are interested in making a career in marketing, finance or HR, than you can opt for BBA.
Before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your carrer, and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

You have not mentioned anything about yourself your educational qualification etc. However, summer internship is something which is always arranged by the Institute in which you are studying, it is the responsibility of the placement officers or the head of the institute but in case you are not getting such a facility in your college then you have to apply to various companies involved in your area of specialization.
