The bachelor of business administration (BBA) is a 3 year undergraduate degree course in business administration. This degree is basically designed to allow students to specialize in a specific academic area like accounting, entrepreneurship, management, marketing, finance, etc.The main aim of this program is to assist students to elect advanced courses in a specific concentration area as well as provides a fundamental education in business and management principles.
whereas, The bachelor of business studies (bbs) is a three years undergraduate degree course which facilitates the integration of academic knowledge and practical work experience. The program is basically designed to develop intellectual and interpersonal skills and produce creative and innovative graduates. This degree enables students to develop broad based knowledge of business along with the specialist knowledge of a particular area of business.
That's why fees differs.

Both the courses you mentioned i.e. hotel management and BBA, are good course to pursue, and offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
If you are interested in making a career in hospitality industry, then you can go ahead with hotel management, where as if you are interested in making a career in marketing, finance or HR, than you can opt for BBA.
Before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your carrer, and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.

First of all I would like to request you to always post the complete information while asking the query. You have not mentioned anything about yourself your educational qualification etc. However, summer internship is something which is always arranged by the Institute in which you are studying, it is the responsibility of the placement officers or the head of the institute but in case you are not getting such a facility in your college then you have to apply to various companies involved in your area of specialization.
As Shiksha is an Education portal which guide students related to their career and Education related options you would not be able to find any information related to job and summer internships out here. I would also suggest you to apply to various job portals like naukri.com which may be of help.
