Birla Institute of Management Technology in Greater Noida is good. In Noida, you can try Jaipuria or WLCI. Firstly, find out about their course structure and fees. I think WLCI is offering some kind of scholarship where students can avail up to 100% fees waiver if they clear a scholarship test with good marks

I won't deny that the placements in PGDM have not been very upto the mark. The program is new so definitely college is finding it very difficult to bring in companies, but I would also say that the college administration is really trying hard to improve the placements of PGDM.
I would suggest go for Great Lakes only if its the last option you have. If you manage to get admission in some good college in any other city then take that, keep Great Lakes as your last resort. The condition of PGDM is improving but at a slower rate, so in terms of placements I would say try taking admission in another college first.
