Migration is possible in the first year and that too within the university from one college to another. Migrating from one university to another university is not possible.
It would be advisable to contact the officials of both the colleges for updated norms as migration procedure differs from one college to another.

In order to pursue MS degree from universities in Germany you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 70%-80% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
For getting admission in masters degree in German universities you need to have GRE score of 300 plus and IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
The eligibility criteria for admission may vary from university to university.
