Hi,
IIPM, Lucknow is an autonomous and non-profit making institute established in 1998 by Sapt Rishi Society for Social and Educational Development, an organisation registered by U.P. Govt.
As for your second part of the question, both the things are quite similar with minute differences.
I hope this helps.

The best option is to retake the tests again next year. The college that would be willing to accept these scores are very ordinary ones. You will be ending to waste 2 years and a lot of money with nothing to show for it.
Best of luck.

It is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra to pursue MBA, and third best under MAH-MBA CET exam. Being located in Mumbai is a huge plus as you can expect a good amount of industry exposure & guest lectures. The placements are good; ROI is decent too, specially for the MMS course. The average package offered last year was Rs 9.4 lacs. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/course/post-graduate-diploma-management-k-j-somaiya-institute-management-studies-research-simsr/11644 Please visit this link for more information.
