You can pursue M.Phil while on the job by doing M.Phil from any of the distance learning university. It may be difficult to do a job while doing full-time M.Phil from a university.

Yes, MBA can help you sharpen your skills in business management and thus assist you in the professional career. However keeping you interest areas in mind you need to decide what you need to do from a career perspective. The chances of doing well in a career of one's interest areas are much higher.
Since you have work experience, you have the following options :
1. Pursue full time 2 years MBA
2. Purse Executive MBA, duration 16-18 months
3. Purse part time MBA, duration 3 years
4. Pursue distance MBA, duration 2 -2.5 years.

You may become a teacher after your graduation only except few primary assistant teacher vacancies in the state on the intermediate level. Yes, international exchange programs will help you, but you have to be active and network during the exchange program. Be a constructive student and don't go for the exchange program for the sake of it. Universities abroad will see how actively you participated, leadership skills, etc.
