I have two options to suggest you:-
1. NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), which is recognised by the Central Government and is equivalent to any other board of education. It is the largest open schooling system in the world with a record enrolment of almost 1.5 million students in both secondary and senior secondary level. 2. There is an education body called NCC Education that give credit to your every level of education. Your years would not go waste rather would be taken as Diploma and Advanced Diploma respectively so you become eligible for 3rd year as per their rules. I agree that Bangalore being a metro city is expensive in terms of living costs. However, at the same time, I would also suggest you to not to worry so much with the fee concern, rather put in your best to crack the seat in best colleges across and moreover, almost all educational hubs offer scholarships, education loans and even financial assistance to its students.
Job prospects are available in various areas like programming, networking, system administration etc. There are many companies which specialize in these areas like WIPRO, TCS and government sector also recruits BCA professionals in plenty.
