Hello vibhu!Yes it is tough to continue both the professional degree.You have written that you have cleared foundation.So i think in gradution you have one year left and also along with this you have to carry on your cs intermediate papers.So in these time you will understand how you can manage both.MBA is a tough degree,bt still if you want to pursue cs with it its ok.You will get papers like business law, communication, quants, economics etc.Your cs experience will help you.Feel free to revert.Best of luck!

Generally DC are from IAS cadre. You can become direct IAS by appearing for Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC. Every state conducts it's own Provisional Civil services examination conducted by state Public Service Commission . Those who clear PSU exam are eligible to be prpmoted yo IAS cadre after few years of experience. Once such officers become IAS then they are also eligible to become DC.
