Mechanical and IT are good and has more job opportunities. Even CS is also good in this respect. If you want to arrange then as per preference:
1. IT/CS
2. Mechanical
3. Chemical
Chemical Engg is also good but job opportunities are less in India right now. So, you can go for these preferences and also it depends on your area of interest also. So just don't look in terms of job only, search as per your interest and capability. Because ultimately you must love your work and field.

Psychometric Test: A type of personality test which will help us define you in detail. Questions will be based on aptitude like quantz, logic and verbal as well. Also there would be a few statements where in you have to agree or disagree. Refer some psychometric tests on the internet to get acquainted.
