Yes, you can apply. You need to score at least 50% in graduation (45% for SC/ST). After that you have to appear for the CAT exam and score at least 95 percentile to be eligible for IIM.

Since your aim is to become a computer engineer then it is better to join in B.Tech in the branch of computer science engineering. It will help you to reach a level that you can actually know what to do in that sector and how to grow in that sector. You will have a good scope in computer science engineering and by working on different software by learning and taking projects.
I think you got some information from the above encrypted message. I suggest you to take B.Tech CSE else you can do degree in computers. It is totally based on your interest in which side you want to fall to build a new career in computer domain.

Actually, mathematics is the subject which is common for any domain [exceptions can be taken for one or two fields] that is to be done by a student in the first year of under graduation. Your main course will be from second year of UG such that even though you choose any field there will be a subject called mathematics in first year. Any how you have done your intermediate in IT domain as well as Bio domain, it is better to opt B.Tech because you have Computer science, Information Technology and Bio-technology branches in engineering.
