There are many employment opportunities in banking, insurance, marketing/sales, accountancy and financial management, etc.
For almost all positions, other than specialised jobs, most of the company will admit Any Graduates. For example, for executive / senior executive position in sales / marketing / HR graduation in any discipline is enough.
But when there is only one position, where a history / economic graduates and BBA graduate is shortlisted, the company management will prefer BBA graduate.
BBA / MBA graduates can start career as management trainee and can reach the top management position (Based on skill, hard work, communication / interpersonal skills, leadership quality etc.)
