In many colleges, they only check your JEE score. It is not mandatory to get 75% in 12th. To get a good college, mandatory is to get good rank and marks in JEE. As you cleared your cut-off, you may get a good college. You can try but if you will not get, then you can take a drop for one year and you can get a good college.

You can apply for the Bachelor's degree programme (BDP) at IGNOU which includes B.Sc programme. One of them is Life Sciences.
