I personally suggest you to study hard and clear the JEE Mains atleast with a rank that can get you in a reputed college. In case you don't want to or are unable to clear JEE, then you have got lots of other options in any state where you want to study. Search the web or Shiksha website and you find your interests. There are many universities each having different criteria. You have to build your profile accordingly. Projects, internships, extracurricular activities, GRE score, LOR, SOP etc. Must be very good. Based on your CGPA, you may not get into a top 10 ranking university, but you will have many decent options. Further, since you did BCA some MS programmes may not be suitable for you. You have to go through programme details and also contact the universities before applying.
