Hi Maudood, yes you can apply for a Bachelors study in UK. Either you can apply through UCAS for BEng courses or you take take admission through groups like Kaplan international college, NAVITAS and INTO group.
In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.

I am currently a student of the Delhi Business School, So all and all I can just talk of the Delhi Business School both interms of rankings and placements.
The DBS was Ranked 16th amongst top 100 Best B-Schools with A+++ Rating by Just Careers Best B-School Survey December 2009.
Also The placements this year touched a highest of 12 Lakhs Package by the WWG group, which is a multinational.
All the data I am providing is very authentic and reliable as I am currently a student of DBS.
What i am experiencing at DBS is a very industry related course curriculum because of which i have got great summer placement with HSBC global. Likewise as a student you could learn Health care management as well as doing Finance courses which means a dual MBA.
At DBS, Top that up with a diploma in Entrepreneurship and business and you are ideally positioned in your career graph. Like wise at Delhi Business School you could pursue an MBA in Financial management and operations.
The Course Structure of Delhi Business School is infact very flexible. I have also learnt courses at DBS on SAP/ERP which have been really helpful from the perspective of picking up a job in a investment bank
