The demarcation which you are trying to probe Kirti does not exist any more. As far as the career (and related studies) are concerned girls can do better if not the same then anyone else. But still if you insist on knowing the opinion then I would suggest specialization in HR. And that is not because of any other factor but only because females can, if they decide, be a better Human relations officer then anyone else.
