There is no difference between BE and B.Tech. It is just the nomenclature which is different. Both are similar degrees. On inquiring for one of my niece from the counsellors of LPU, I came to know that in order to take admission in LPU you have to be eligible and eligibility is The eligibility criteria is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics OR Pass with 60% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognized by Central/ State Govt. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2020 or JEE Main (Paper-II)(80 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by the statutory body for 2020-21).
