Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) in Medical is a three year undergraduate course that is chosen by students who took PCM/B in their higher secondary school. B.Sc. in Medical graduates can get placed in any pharmaceutical, medical, hospitals, nursing homes, medical camps or school and college laboratories. They work in labs and conduct safe testing of experiments. After working in some reputed firm, they can get placed in research centers across India. They work and monitor closely the activities happening in the lab. They are well aware of all the equipments and are often referred to as graduates of B.Sc. Medical Lab Testing (MLT). To get admission in this course, the basic eligibility required by the students is higher secondary or 10 + 2 from a recognised board or university. Students should have attained at least a minimum of 55% aggregate in their final examinations. B.Sc is not going to land you in a good job (except for teaching, that too after M.Sc/PhD only). In india, doing B.Sc in biotech field is tough on career. You won't get a good job just by doing B.Sc in Biotech/Medical field. Opt for B.Tech, that has better job prospects. And, if you want to stay in biotech field only, and want to do B.Sc only, then plan for doing M.Sc from IITs (that will confirm you a teaching job atleast). For a good job, do B.Tech. Nutshell:
B.Sc Biotech or B.Sc Simple Medical-Rare Chance of Good Job (Sales jobs are in plenty with a meager pay of Rs 10k a month!)
B.Tech Biotech-Better chances of Good Job (QA/Production/RA). But I'll suggest you to go for specialised B.Tech like B.Tech in Food Biotechnology (which has brighter scope ahead. )
Going for GATE later on and attempting admission in IITs can make your career boom!

For Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the cutoff for last year was 21217 for KCET (general/open category) and for COMEDK, it was 31210 - 37653 (opening and closing). Hence, you are not likely to get into it. Moreover, you can go for non-technical options such as control, industrial or product engineering for that.
