Despite having few colleges for aerospace, Pune is not a good option for this field. You can choose the following; (Priority Order), #1) Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Kerela (Most Preferred), #2) Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Kolkata. #3) IIT-Bombay
#4) Tata Institute of Fundamental Research and Training.

It depends upon the college. In Government College, you complete your degree at around INR 1. 2 Lakhs for 3 years. But, in private college, the fee is INR 6 lakhs - INR 7 lakhs.

Dear Anirban,
The admission criteria now has changed for admission in FMS- DU. Now they give weightage to only your CAT score rather your past academics. FMS is a good option for those who can't score either in 10th or 12th or both. But one important thing is according to last year they call around 2200 student for few places.
