SPA is way better than any NITs and IITs as far as arch is concerned. Ur rank should be less than 400 for gen category i guess for SPA!! Check the last years cutoffs, if u have a chance in SPA, ignore NIT Thrichy. Go for another iteration. Choose SPA all campuses first, then NITs and then IIT Roorkee.
I myself was an AIR 30 in B.Arch. But coz of my primary interest, chose BITS Pilani. Wanted to go to SPA too. :)

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue MBA from, good universities in Canada, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
