It is tough to state which one is better. Deciding an institute is purely and entirely your decision as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
You need to check certain parameters before joining any institute such as recognition, success rate, how old the institute is, course details, faculty, alumni feedback, fee, placement, etc. So, think and decide sensibly.

Dear, i think you must do +2 first.Even after doing diploma you wont get direct admission to btech you have to fight for an entrance exam. And no one can say you may get better options after +2 than engineering.

well if you are comparing between BBM and BBA then BBA is good. .
But if you have to do MBA in future then i will advise you to do Bcom. .
