I would suggest you to continue with your MBA-HR course. Meanwhile you may plan to add a few HR certifications like PHR, SPHR etc(offered by HRCI, US) or Brainbench or Expert rating. These will enhance your profile and will help you get a good job.
Also, keep yourself updated with latest happening in HR. I personally found citehr very much useful.

Thanks MSK70515 for inviting me to answer this question. akancha as per your your clear it is not clear in which stream you have done your 12th. but BBA =MBA is god option for you. Recently AICTE starts a five year integrated course of MAM in Management which involves BAM = MAM degree.It is the best option for you in management.
