Anyone who has passed/appeared for class 12 can attempt CPT which is the preliminary stage of CA. You have the following 4 papers
Fundamentals of AccountingMercantile LawGeneral EconomicsQuantitative Aptitude- which comprise of Mathematics and Statistics.
Its a 6 month program. CPT is an purely objective exam. But lot of changes are going to be introduced. After CPT you have IPCC which is 9 month program. You have 7 papers there. After IPCC you have 3 years of articleship. On completing 2.5 years of articleship you can attempt the Final exam.

For becoming a college lecturer the basic eligibility is a Post graduation degree (In any discipline) with NET/SET.
As stated, you can have PG (Post graduation) in any field of your interest to become a college lecturer.
