No, you cannot get admission with any backlog in any subject. So you have got a good rank but you need to clear your back log because the college does not accept backlogs.

You have to give entrance to get admission for MBA after graduation.
You should score more than 50%-55% to get eligible for entrance exam for MBA.

It will be really difficult to complete MCA without a BCA, because your basics aren't in your mind which is essential in MCA for more depth study. So, according to me and my opinion it is not a good idea to pursue MCA after B.Com.

It is difficult to get placement after doing B.A. Eco +political Science from college. If you are willing to do the job then search on your own and if you are interested in economics then you must do a Masters in economics.

Yes, there are tuitions for BA in English. You can take them online as well. It would be better and cost saving for you to go on YouTube and search the particular topic/story/poem/author only rather taking whole of the course.
