Hi,
Can you please clarify which college's information you want?
In general, eligibility criteria is 50% aggregate in 10+2 and 75% in some cases and you need at least 70/200 to be qualified in NATA to be eligible for any architecture programme in any good college.

First of all Tula's is not a university. It is a college and provide degree from, Uttarakhand Technical University and many other universities for various courses provided. And, yes if that stream is applicable in civil services .College does not matter as Tula's is approved by AICTE.

If you have taken commerce I mean arts group in your higher secondary then there is no need for compulsory subjects for admission in B.Com in MCC, because in B.Com you will study the theory subject as well as accounts also all the three years you would be having accounts.
