Hi,
In order to take admission in MBA program from SP Jain Center of Management Singapore you should have a good bachelors degree along with min 2 years of full time work experience however 3+ year of work ex is ideally expected , you also need to take the aptitude test if you have not given GMAT exam , SPJAT is a test which you have to give. If you are to enter into the administration domain for Windows Server, then you need not go through the above mentioned CCNA / RHCE etc. As RHCE is for pure Linux Administration and CCNA basically for Cisco's router's and other Hardware management.
For sure, you should do MCSE MCITP and that should suffice. Also there are separate courses for Windows Server Administration currently offered that include modules like:
Building Blocks of Server Management
Securing Windows Server
Patch Management Implementation
Maintaining a High-Availability Environment
Maximizing Performance and Increasing Responsiveness
