Below CGPA grade is going to trouble you as far as campus placement and IT sector companies are concerned but as far as government, PSU and Defense jobs are concerned, there the minimum eligibility is 55% so, you are likely to qualify for entrance examinations. If you become serious and prepare well for these examinations, after completing your graduation, you have fair chances to have equal career as your fellow students.
As far as embedded system certification courses are concerned, if done from Sandipani, Bangalore or C-DAC, Delhi or Vedanta
