Dear student, Choosing better in between H/W N/Working and S/W is not a practical task as it entirely depends on Individual's interest , skill, passion and strength along with market demand as well. For X , s/w may be a befitting one, but for Y, it may N/Working. As you are BCA and already working in h/w and net-working domain I think you may go ahead in this field (if you find pleasure in your work) . Here at this phase you can start trying for some certification course like CCNA,RHCE, MCSA to get your footings strengthen . Best wishes.

there are many option for CSE line like networking , software or testing today there is good scope in hardware or networking line but you also have to clear some certification in networking line like LINUX, CCNA, MCSE this increase you degree value and very helpful to get good job , today there is good competition in software line as compare to networking line

Dear Aditi, From the knowledge prospective I don't think there is much difference between Certified or non certified Investment Banking Course, however there is a difference in acceptance by the industry, as industry accept & recognize very few course in this segment and people use to name them as certified course. There is also another catch to this area, there are regulators who regulate financial industry like SEBI/SEC etc they have given some guideline to which course they will recognize as certified course.
