If you mean MBA in health care management or MBA in hospital management, then yo may surely pursue this course after B.com as in order pursue this course you need to be be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
