If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.
You can consider the below-
National Law School of India University
Kuvempu University Distance Education
Centre for Distance and Open Learning, Jamia Millia Islamia
Feel free to revert.
