Dear Harsh,
Electronics and Communication is the best option than CS and IT,
Cause
1)ECE students can apply to any jobs that require CS/IT branch as most of the syllabus of CS and IT covered in ECE. But CS and IT Students can't apply for jobs available to ECE.
2) Second thing is no other Engineering branch or field have done so much of development like Electronics and made our life easy and comfortable.
Only Electronics have been developing and Inventing new things every weeks.
