Going through you query, it gives me the impression that you are good in theoretical studies but not that good when it comes to practical implications of the same, so there is no point in doing Masters in the same course, as it involves lot of practical knowledge and implications, if you pursue Masters in Computer Engineering.
So you can go for Masters in theoretical subjects like English, creative writing, philosophy, international affairs, political science etc.
Basically you need to know what exactly you want to pursue, and accordingly you can make the choice of the course.

The most important thing you have to keep in mind while choosing your field is your own interests and career aspirations. Although, you have shortlisted the area of your interests but you still are not sure that which particular area you would like to go I would suggest you to ponder on which is the one field you would like to get in as this will make your search easier. However, it would be difficult to find 6 months courses in areas like Sociology or Social work, but you can find Language Courses of 6 months time duration in various Institutes. Hi there, Correspondence courses are basically established for those who are working or due to different reasons cannot undergo the higher courses of studies as regular full-time university. Such students are provided with a student-centered self-paced learning which will neither be entirely separate nor completely independent of the formal, full-time campus system of education as traditionally followed by regular courses. Whereas, regular courses provide means of improvement of professional skills in a structured environment and helps students in competing well in their respective fields. First finish ur graduation and Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well.
