As per your query I presume that you already into Engineering. I would say that whichever college you studying, would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs.

From my point of view MBA will be best for you. .
MBA and SAP both are business related course.SAP have great demand these days but MBA is evergreen course and choosing a new course always have some short of risk and Usually, the course module of SAP is such that it is meant for people who have worked 2-3 years in the industry.
