After competition of ITI course you will be eligible to apply in PSU's like ECIL, BHEL, GAIL, NFC etc. You may also get offers in Indian Army,Navy, etc.,

It all depends on how far you are from completing the course. If you are in your final year with a few subjects to finish and struggling then i would recommend just bite down hard get as much help as you can and be done with it.
I can understand that you have no interest in the subject now and universities don't usually give out any diploma even if you have completed 75% of the course, so that's not an option. Unless you want to transfer credits to another department, where usually you might get just the first year as credit and only in the Engineering Faculty.

No denial. It is tough; but, Sheer hard work and inspiration can help you with success. Have courage and work hard in right direction without giving heed to any negative thoughts.
