Eligibility:
An MPhil Degree and a Post-Graduate Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55 per cent marks (50 percent marks for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognised institution of higher learning; or
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55 per cent marks (50 per cent marks for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognised institution of higher learning and five years of teaching/ industry/ administration/ professional experience at senior level.

Please remember the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
So, as per your query, I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities to know the exact eligibility criteria for admission.

After completing BCA you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCA etc)
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your BCA and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in computer field, then you may pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
This work experience of yours will give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Plus this work experience of yours will also be an added advantage for you during campus recruitment in MBA, as most companies would surely prefer an experience candidate over a fresher for a job.
After completing MBA-IT you can make your career in any of the following fields within IT management:

Please remember in order to pursue MS degree from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education i.e.(10+2+4)
However students with 15 years of education i.e (10+2+3) can pursue MS degree from US after completing their post graduation from India.
Though you have completed MCA but it is through distance education, and most of the universities in US do not accept degree through distance education.
So as per your query I would suggest you to:
- First shortlist the universities offering course of you interest.
- Once universities are shortlisted you may then contact the international admission department of these universities either through email or phone to know the exact eligibility criteria and if you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.
