Yes you can. However, I would suggest you to reconfirm once with the CBSE officials.
The forms will be available in the selected branches of Syndicate Bank. As for the date of commencement, you may visit the respective website for further details.
CBSE Improvement Exam is a way to improve your class 12th result by giving the board exam again next year. You can give cbse improvement exam for one subject or all five subjects, its your choice.
You cannot give improvement exam of additional subject and your practical marks will be carried forward for the next year's result so you have to prepare only for the theory part.

Jodhpur National University's Industry-Based Learning Program was established by Govt. of Rajasthan u/s 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
So you can go ahead.
Depending on the field of your work, the courses, training and certifications required may vary.
Most departments and agencies prefer candidates who have taken some vocational training or who have at least some previous work experience.
You can go for Bank PO exams, a path to public sector banks or you can sit for Civil Services such as I.A.S or I.P.S.
