Hi Kopal,
To Get the better future you should complete the M.Tech or MBA for getting the better salary and to settle in the future. You can also start working in MNC's with your B.Tech degree itself.
As you are working in a bank as a PO then why are you planning for a change. As banks jobs in itself have good career prospects.

You may pursue MBA in Telecom Management or Systems if you wish to be somewhat loyal to your stream. Other suggestions include traditional streams such as MBA in Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Project Management etc. depending on your preferences and area of expertise.

Well its not possible to do both PGDM and MBA together. as both are entirely different .PGDM is post graduate diploma in management The main reason why postgraduate courses are named as PGDM is because when an Institute is an autonomous body (meaning it is not affiliated to any University) and conducts management courses then such Institutes cannot offer MBA degree. and MBA is master of business administration A two year management degree expands to Master of Business Administration, only Universities can grant MBA degrees. It could be a recognized foreign university or an Indian University.

It depends from company to company but generally pgdm is preferred over pgpm.actually companies want quality so they don't see whether it is pgdm or pgpm. pgdm is preferred in some companies the reason being it is a diploma while pgpm is just a program.Ibs provides pgpm so and still good companies like delloite, jpmc, tcs, hdfc, sbi and various other companies come for campus placements. So my point is don't worry about this but take a college which can provide you a good campus placement.

Varhsa, Viscom does take advantage of your drawing skills at some levels. I would suggest that you enrol in drawing classes and start working on your drawing. There's not point shying away from learning. And the good thing is that drawing like any other skill can be learnt by working on it.You may also like to read this about the kind of preparation the best students put into design http://bit.ly/1ddUSi8.Wish you the best for your career. Hi Deven,
The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.
We would suggest you to design a proper resume of your qualifications and experience. Maybe you can take help of professional resume writers. S

For marketing, being a fresher is a plus since FMCG companies prefer freshers. However, getting consulting roles without experience is tough. If you are targeting finance, experience does not matter as much if you have certifications like CFA.
