Yes, you can be a pilot but not a commercial one as DGCA medical will unfit you for this because there is 99% chance of life risk if you are wrong about any single degree or anything in the sky.
I suggest you to do PPL if you want to fly but being a commercial pilot is very difficult for you & can even be dangerous for the passengers.

Admission in a foreign university depends on the applicant's overall profile, and also the eligibility criteria set by the particular university. The profile includes your academic performance, extracurricular activities, letters of references, personal statements, etc. If you are an average student, you must work hard on the other factors.
