There is an entrance exam for each and particular college or university. In whichever college you want to get in. You have to clear the entrance exam for that. There is no common entrance test.

If you want to pursue your career in HR then after completing you B.Sc, you can go for MBA in HR. Then, you can start your career in HR. But, for interviews you should be prepared for a common question being asked that why you changed your stream from Science to commerce or B.Sc in HS to MBA in HR and so on.
