Hi Dear,
As you want to pursue MBA program, below are the general requirements for taking admission to MBA degree:
-Good academic background
-3 to 5 years of work experience
-GMAT score (550 or above)
IELTS/TOEFL score (IELTS 6.5 OR above/ TOEFL 90 or above)
-Letter of recommendations
-Personal essay

I finished the same PG in 2012 and worked as an Assistant Professor in engineering colleges. Now the engineering admissions are really bad and it is very hard to get a job. Try to join as an Asst. Prof. in a small engineering college and then do Ph.D part-time. If you want an industrial career after finishing your course, do VLSI training course in Bangalore and try to get a job through a consultancy. This is the only way to get a job or what I can explain with my own experience. All the best!
